Takaoka City, where we were founded, has had a thriving foundry industry since the Edo period (1603-1868), and today accounts for more than 90% of the domestic market share for copperware. Our history began by supplying copper materials to the copperware workshops in the city.
Since then, we have expanded our business by increasing the types and number of metals we handle, including wrought copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and nonferrous metals, and the demand for functional metals will continue to increase due to industrial development and sophistication. In order to meet the proportionally growing expectations of our customers, we will further strengthen our structure.

In 2006, we established a subsidiary in Thailand, expanding our business area to Southeast Asia. Our strength lies in our nationwide information network that keeps abreast of local demand.

Metal processing has been expanded with improved precision to add value to our products. Imizu Non-Ferrous Center is a processing plant expanded on the site of the original distribution center. In addition to being capable of advanced processing, its location adjacent to the distribution center allows us to respond flexibly and quickly to customer requests.
